John Cornfield has been working from The Sawmills Studios in Cornwall since 1982. As the chief engineer he has worked with a vast selection of artists including XTC, THE STONE ROSES, THE VERVE, OASIS, RIDE and ROBERT PLANT.
Johns production and mix credits include Albums for the platinum selling artists SUPERGRASS, MUSE and the number one album “Up All Night” by RAZORLIGHT.
John has recently produced and mixed albums for MORNING RUNNER (Parlophone), THE MARSHALS (Mercury), BOY KILL BOY (Mercury), WIRE DAISIES (EMI), album tracks for new Island signing CLOCKS, début albums for new Atlantic Records signing THE DAYS and new Mercury Records signing JOE LEAN AND THE JING JANG JONG. John has recently mixed THE ALIENS(EMI) sophomore album "Luna" and the début album of new A&G Records signing GLORIA CYCLES.
